A bunch of people are going to Cheesburger in Paradise before the concert. My office is very close to St Maartens on the Corner/University Avenue so that's where I'll be tomorrow afternoon. Very cool pre-Cheeseburger In Paradise place that is locally owned. Nothing fancy-- just a bar with some fish on the walls.

Just want all yall to know that JPJ is a helluva nice place (and Charlottesville too) and they DO serve beer and they WILL let you into the parking lot and that bad people are everywhere.

I'm takin my tiki bar outta here.

We had a great time last night. JPJ is a great arena (not too big, plenty of restrooms and concessions) and the view was good from the upper deck. Preferred Parking was close to the arena and there were no tail-gating restrictions.

From what I could see there were few empty seats and Jimmy extended Summerzcool into November.
