Such contests do seem kind of sad when there are so many hungry people right here in America and elsewhere around the world.
Must be a nice payout, apparently the Japanese contestent travels from Japan to enter these contests.
The article does not say what the winner won (if anything). Like free TUMS ULTRA (or similiar "indigestion" product such as tagament, etc) for life or being permanently banned from "All You can eat" places among possible/potential other great prizes!!!
