Depends on the mood and where I am.
Up here about the best you get is Taco Bell or Jack In the Box.
Back home it depends on the time and if a Waffle House is nearby.

Have had many a cab driver go through the Taco Bell drive thru.
At home, cheese, green pepper and onion omelet with hash browns cooked in butter.

Whatever is in the kitchen.
When I lived in Oklahoma it was Waffle House, in Missouri I stopped at White Castle.

Street meat...
The hotdogs you get from the vendor carts on the street. Nothing better when drunk.
Dumb and drunk as I was, you know I would do it all again.

Pancakes
or
Whataburger.
Ask SGH about hitting the wall at Whataburger at FFFII ... that moment should be in the comic strip.
PHjrsaunt was there. She remembers.

In Texas and on the Gulf Coast: Whataburger or the Awful Waffle.
Here: The Awful Waffle or Steak and Shake
elsewhere: depends on what is open.

In college it was the "Two Dollar Deal" at Naugles. A big bean and cheese burrito, french fries and a big ass coke. Best consumed at 2am.

WHITE CASTLES.
Lots and lots of WHITE CASTLES.
(Or Krystals-depending on which part of the country I'm in).
And, when in Hawaii, it's ZIPPY'S RESTAURANTS.
I always get the Teryiaki beef plate with two scoops of rice and two scoops of macaroni salad.
(Then there's Byron's, near the airport).
OH, and, of course, PIZZA.
