In Gone With the Wind, the title is written on the screen at the beginning (not the title page, like a little 'foreword' kinda thing) but isn't said.

Don't know if this would count, but in "Revenge of the Nerds", the song performed over the opening scenes/credits (as they are driving to Adams College) contains the phrase "The time has come for Revenge of the Nerds".
