I always consider it lucky when he does "Lovely Cruise." Has such amazing memories for me. And if I EVER get to hear Peanut Butter Conspirancy, I will know that he knows I'm in the crowd.

Yeah, as I was reading your post, I realized that any song that Jimmy plays is a lucky setlist addition. I go to one concert a year, but have been a fan since his Chart Room days, so each additional year I get to "be there" is lucky. Thanks, JB, you've enriched my life.

I have yet to be at a show to see/hear Jimmy play Havana Daydreamin'. That would truly by 'my gem'. A girl can still hope though...
Saw his show in 1997 where he played this song (maybe because it was the Havana Daydreamin tour), but had a few very good songs. Hope to hear a few old classics at Great Woods this year. We can hope right. Jimmy do us justice.

I've heard Havana, Tampico, Hurricane Season, Tin Cup, and Migration among others all in Florida shows. Havana and Migration thanks to Tampa '09 and that was well worth the price of admission on their own.
I'd have to search through set lists of other shows to find some great ones I've had the opportunity to hear live, but the ones I've listed are great enough for me. I'd have to really think about ones that I've never heard. Although WTCIC is one I'd love to hear once live as it's probably my fave. Little Miss Magic would also be cool also if my daughter was at the show with me - just not old enough yet.

I requested to Nadirah to play God's Own Drunk last year at Riverbend and she got him to play it. I don't remember ever hearing that one live. That was totally awesome.
Other songs I thought were lucky:
Ass and the Hole - Riverbend - 2008
Paradise (John Prine song) - has been played twice at Riverbend
Migration - Tampa - this year
Havana Daydreamin' - Tampa - this year
Everlasting Moon - Riverbend - Feeding Frenzy tour (only played at Cincy and Atlanta)
Once In A Lifetime (Talking Heads) - Riverbend - 2007 (don't think that's been played anywhere else)
Door # 3 - Timberwolf - 1985
I'm sure there are some others, especially in the 80's when I wasn't as familiar with the entire body of work.
I am planning on another special request for Nadirah this year. Hopefully she'll come through again.

My newest favorite may be Banana Republics. Would be a nice tune if I could get a lucky one.
Really, mud between the toes, with the wife and friends, I'm happy with any songs.
Now if the local DEP opens the clam beds in the next 2 days I would be very happy....

oh, and as a Texan, it was cool to hear him play "Migration" at the Tampa show this year. (except Texas wasnt mentioned in the song..."and some Florida hidden here in my heart")
I got Migration live at Dallas 2006 and I nearly died.
Would like to hear Coast of Carolina, The Wino and I Know, and Remittance Man (yeah, right) someday.
Jealous of all of you who have gotten God's Own Drunk.
Oh! And Manana! That would rock, too. Or Treat Her Like A Lady...so many I could pick, but I'm staying with those above.

The show last year in Detroit fell on my wife's and my 3rd year anniversary. I sent a beach ball down into the pavilion that said our names and Happy Annviersary with the words Tin Cup Chalice. While he did not mention our names he did play TCC for the acoustic encore!!! I'm sure it was a coincidence, but I'm saying he played it for us!
