Hot Dogs

What fixin's on top?

I probably forgot some... oops. But that's what other's for.

And you can select 10 of 'em if you're a multiple-topper.

Me? I prefer them burnt black on the grill, and with just ketchup on top. I know... blasphemy 'round where I live.

Occasionally I go Chicago style, but modified for no mustard, ketchup instead. But unless the place knows their dogs, they can be too soggy.

And I just realized two glaring omissions already... chili and cheese. But I reached the limit on options, so you'll need to write em in.

Grilled, of course.
Chicago style is very good too.

For toppings, I mix dijon mustard with crushed garlic, and it's a taste to die for.
I also like to put onions, sauerkraut, peppers, and chili on my dogs.

Hot dogs?? [smilie=puking.gif] [smilie=puking.gif]
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"

Ketchup does not belong on hot dogs, IMNSHO... [smilie=puker.gif]

Mustard and relish. Simple.

Sometimes Kraut.

If you were asking ME that, I prefer my own home made chili.
Or, depending where I am, I like it with Skyline Chili, Dixie Chili, or whatever they used at the old Demon Dogs Restaurant in Chicago.

I love dogs. I love chili. But not together. It's too much for me....
