TPD: Man deposits cash, bag of drugs at Wachovia bank

A teller at the drive-through window of the Wachovia Bank on 3400 S. Monroe St. received an unusual deposit on Wednesday: $200 and a small baggie containing marijuana and cocaine.
The man who made the deposit, Cameron B. Jefferson, 38, was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine and possession of cannabis (less than 20 grams), Tallahassee Police spokesman David McCranie said.
McCranie said the teller notified a supervisor about the bag of suspected drugs, and TPD was called to the scene around 4:30 p.m. Officer Jamie Martinez detained Jefferson and located the remnants of three marijuana cigarettes inside his vehicle.
Jefferson was booked into Leon County jail and released on $3,000 bail.
