Re: Billy Mays died
Strange thing...in the current issue of P-Boy, there is the famous red bathing suit pic Farrah in the Why We Love the 70s section and it also a several page article about Billy Mays. I hope Miss July isn’t next.

Re: Billy Mays died
Initial reports say Billy Mays died of heart disease
June 29, 2:49 PM
According to the Tampa, FL coroner, preliminary results of the autopsy performed on pitchman Billy Mays show that Billy died from a pulmonary embolism. Evidence of heart disease was also found.
According to Hillsborough County Medical Examiner Vernard Adams, Billy "had an enlarged heart, a thickening of the wall of the ventricle which takes blood to the heart." Although, final results of the autopsy and cause of death will not be known for several weeks.
Mays, 50, was found early Sunday morning by his wife in his Tampa, FL home. Initial speculation was that a bump on the head from a bad airplane landing on Saturday may have had something to do with his death. However, the coroner said there was no evidence of head trauma, nor were there any internal or external injuries.
Mays was famous for lending his unique voice and presence to many infomercials and commercials over the years. He also starred in a reality show on the Discovery channel called Pitchmen, which followed Mays and Anthony Sullivan in their marketing jobs.

Re: Billy Mays died
Doesn't surprise me the 911 call was released. That falls under the freedom of information act doesn't it? What makes me curious is that rigor had already set in. Apparently he died shortly after going to bed and apparently his wife doesn't sleep with him. I feel for his daughter.SuperTrooper wrote:Report this morning that Billy died from a heart attack due to an undiagnosed heart condition.

Maybe he shouts in his sleep. But seriously, I'm a pretty sound sleeper. I can't say that I would know if my wife passed away in her sleep until the next morning.

Re: Billy Mays died
If I'm not mistaken, and I could be, don't people eliminate when they die? I've heard that for years and if that's true I'm pretty sure I would know if someone peed or pooped while I was asleep - but perhaps not.blackjack wrote:ph4ever wrote:Doesn't surprise me the 911 call was released. BILLY MAYS (in best LOUD INFOMERCIAL/COMMERCIAL voice) I am saddened you have left us, but to be honest I could never stand your commercials for any products. You seemed like a nice guy and probably would have been a great friend.
