I thought the press conference was pretty rambling, and somewhat incoherent, and I am convinced that there is a story that has not yet come out that led to today's decision. The press conference was called suddenly, on a day when news is traditionally buried for the holiday weekend. I think there's something else going on here-just don't know what yet.

What I'm hearing from friends who have more access to information than most, there is something ... we'll just have to wait and see what comes out in the wash.

I really think the McCain people did her no favors by tapping her before she was ready to step into the spotlight. A Hail Mary pass that served no one. In my opinion.
