I was at Notre Dame yesterday...if Notre Dame plays teams that have no pass defense like Nevada every game, they'll be playing for the National Championship. Michael Floyd is a great receiver. Might be the most exciting player they have had since Rocket Ismail....

You've been listening to Lou Holtz too much....don't go buying your tickets to Pasadena just yet... [smilie=cheeky-grin.gif]

I was really hoping the Huskies would pull off the upset last night against LSU. Considering the dawgs were 0-12 last year, LSU should be a wee bit worried, they didn't win by that big a margin and were only up by 4 at the half.

I like OU's strategy this year. Rather than wait untill the end of the year for their usual choke-job just get it outta the way in the first game.

My Sooners might've pulled some BCS choke jobs in the last few years, but at least we make it there.

But our Oline is terrible this year. Not only did they let Slingin' Sammy get hurt, they killed no fewer than six drives with stupid penalties.

Wherefore art thou, Phil Loadholt??

Rumors floating out of Norman today say Slingin' Sammy is done for the year, with surgery probably coming on his injured shoulder in two or three weeks.

Of course, those rumors aren't always right, and in this case I hope they're wrong.
