NCAA All-time Total Touchdowns Record

1. Dan LeFevour, Central Michigan, 2006-09, 146
1. Colt Brennan, Hawaii 2005-07, 146
1. Graham Harrell, Texas Tech, 2005-2008, 146
4. Tim Tebow, Florida 2006-09, 140

Dan should be the lone record holder by, oh 8:15 or so
Been hearing chirping that Chips don't want to go back to Detroit Bowl. Wanna head south to GMAC Bowl.
That bites, as I already snagged tix for Mike Ilitch Bowl when rumor popped up about ND/CMU matchup. Now it's looking like Middle Tennessee State vs. Ohio U or Temple! :x
That's what I'm hearing, tool. GMAC Bowl has first pick of MAC teams this year, so they'll likely take Friday's winner, with the loser headed to the Pizza Bowl. But until all the back-room deals are done, I can't say for sure. I'd love to play ND in a bowl though.
any team with a winning record would like to play UND in a bowl game this year... ;)

irishcentral.com is reporting that former Central Michigan (and current Cincy) coach Brian Kelly is a done deal to Notre Dame. Makes sense to me, we'll see if it actually plays out that way. It's certainly been his "dream job", no matter what he told CMU and Cincinnati.

ND couldn't pass up a nice Irish Catholic boy named Kelly, could they?

And I saw an interview on ESPN earlier tonight in which Brian Kelly he said he was not leaving.......of course that usually means they're gone.

Well, if Iowa goes to Boise for their bowl game, I won't be there.
Sorry-nothing personal, but if I want to wear 32 pounds of clothes, I can stay home and save my $$$$. 8)

Yes, I get it now.
I TOUGHT Wayne meant they wanted Iowa to play Boise IN Boise.

Hopefully, as he suggested, they'll play Boise State in PHOENIX.

What I meant was IF they (Iowa) plays in Phoenix in the Fiesta Bowl, I'll go no matter WHO they play.
But yes, it would be nice if it was Boise State for Wayne's or my bragging rights.

I'm of the opinion that if the BCS doesn't send Boise State to the Fiesta Bowl they loose all credibility.

The last time the BCS had any credibility, Christ was a Corporal.
The BCS has less credibility than the Baseball Writers Association of America and the Veteran's (baseball) committee, and I didn't think that could be possible.

Teams in the Gator Bowl usually get the nod because they travel well yet that's okay/fair so this is no big deal imo,
plus it works out well for me.
A couple of weeks ago the talk here was Notre Dame. It's not as if it's a championship game.
So with that in mind I can see the stands packed with Nolefans. Also Bobby used to coach West Virginia. I guess I do see it as a sendoff and that's okay with me.....but then again I am an FSU fan within a few miles of the Gator Bowl.

I didn't see the game and I have no rooting interest for either team but from the score it looks like Alabama kicked some butt today.
