I have been to many shows and feel he could be worthy of such an honor.

I'd give my nod to Elvis as the best performer/artist ...... but Paul with a lifetime legacy of songwriting/performing and overall influence on the music world and a generation of change is certainly right up there.

That's a tough one to summarize under ONE title...

Paul McCartney would be my greatest pop/rock'n'roll songwriter/performer pre-'75
I think Bruce Springsteen is the greatest pop/rock 'n'roll songwriter/performer post-'75
The Rolling Stones are my pick for greatest rock'n'roll band ..hands down (sorry, KISS...no go)

Michael Jackson could really be greatest pop/rock performer... period. Freak, yes... freak of nature.. without a doubt.

Elvis started so strongly, burned so brightly, but faded so badly :-?

Methinks this is a one-time poster intent on selling his products. But maybe not a spambot
