I guess I'm lucky to be in PA. All we have to do is mail in a check with renewal form and then go get a picture taken when the new license arrives...and it can also be done on-line.

We have ONE place in our county to get our driver's license.

ahhhhh that's why - but you'd think as much as Montgomery has grown it would have changed in the past 30 years and had more than one office

Not sure how other states work it, but if you have AAA you might check to see if you can renew there. In RI I can renew both drivers license and registration at the AAA office. It's a godsend.

We can only do registration. I'd be in heaven if they changed to doing DL as well.
