Hot Stuff Jerk Marinade

Post by billybobh3 »

Ok,

If you LOVE hot & spicy food, this stuff is for YOU!

This isn't a recipe, but more like a recommendation.

I initially found it in my local NH supermarket (Shaw's), but they no longer carry it (go figure; they were probably sued). The best place to find it is online.

Walkerswood Spicy Jamaican Jerk Marinade. The liquid stuff (17 oz./500ml), not the rub.

Let me just say OMG!!! I don't care WHAT the directions on the bottle say, DO NOT marinate anything in this stuff for ANY period of time! Just brush it on your chicken/meat/fish while on the grill. That's all you'll need. Trust me; anything more is just asking for a world of pain!

I've been buying it several bottles at a time online; easy enough to find, just do a search.

Or go to the Carolina Sauce Company: http://www.carolinasauce.com
