Last I saw that donkey he was upright and (semi-)coherent. Maybe his sense of direction was compromised.

Well, the little baby donkey made it.....back to Texas with my mis-delivered cookbook.

The good news is that it has been located and Bill is resending it to me by UPS two day service. Soon! Soon!

So far, Alison's is the only one that's been returned. It's been long enough now that I think everyone should have received theirs. I'll send a replacement via UPS for anyone that asks.

It's been about 2 1/2 weeks since mine were sent and that "drunken" donkey still has not arrived! There is no way to track the package since it went book rate -correct?? Let's wait a little longer & see what happens -Long Island is not located in Osh Gosh -is it??

There is no tracking with the book rate. The books are at home but I can get a UPS shipment in the mail at a reduced rate from work tomorrow. I'm transitioning to a home office, so I'd like to get it done this week if I can. Just let me know.

I would like to wait it out a little longer as not to waste $$$ -If they need to be re-sent I will pay for the postage so you don't lose more $$ -I am patient -It is all Bit's fault for giving that donkey the tequila in the first place!!!!

Hey, it wasn't my fault --- that tequila was in a safe place (or so I thought). Who knew baby donkeys could unlock liquor cabinets with those tiny little hooves? And if you see that flea-bitten, moth-eaten, agave-stealin', foul smellin' varmint ..... tell him he owes me a bottle of Herradura reposado.

me too, me too..........I'm ready for a sunny, tropical climate and I bet he's buried that tequila right there just under the sand.......I'd actually like to be on the sailboat that is out in the sea.........with lots of tequila, food and Buffett music..........with a crew of course, so I could just relax and party with whoever else wants to be be on the sailboat!

I really appreciate everyone that is purchasing the cookbooks but just had to tell you this......my older daughter posted on her facebook about the cookbook and some are purchasing - which is great - but a couple of her friends wanted to see a "list of the recipes" in the cookbook!!!! We tried scanning..........didn't work........and I'm thinking why on earth would someone want to see the index of recipes to decide whether to buy the book......can't they just take our word that there are some fabulous recipes in the book? Then I'm looking at some of the names of the recipes and if they saw the list, they wouldn't have a clue what was in the recipe because of the way we named some of the recipes.
And I must admit I've had a few of my non-Buffett friends say...........what's with the PH spelling on a lot of these recipes..........I told them if they didn't know......then they didn't "get it" and should perhaps think about going to a concert and tailgate party.....then they would understand our lingo.
