So, back in 2004, I started this very topic / poll, and it was pretty entertaining to say the least.

The Alpine thread reminded me of it, but I figured rather than bump the old one, things may have changed in 5 years, so I'd just throw a new one out there.

If you're trying to figure out what GDAS is, it's the part Jimmy sings after "Why, don't we..."

Here is the short story of my first JB show and the Hanky Panky that ensued:

I used to dispise JB, but never gave his music a chance. A friend had an extra ticket so I decided to go. Everything went wrong from the parking to getting busted with open containers, to bad lawn seats (hahaha). Until I felt a women's arms around me and asked the eternal question "Are you a Buffett Virgin"? My reply "Yes" had her jumping up and down and she hung out with me the whole show and I mean "Hung Out" even infront of my friends parents! I never got her name and she did not know mine, we wnt our seprate ways but I am forever indebt to her.....if your out there reading this somewhere I started wearing underwear!

Great, great poll. I would take any of the above, though I also agree with the "it's game day" sentiment.

Every show I inevitably end up making out with someone I don't know. Whenever it gets more interesting than that, it was certainly never planned Probably the result of when they sent me off to college to gain a little knowledge...

Musings I need to get out of my mind...

"I'd jump on it, should a pleasant parrothead rise to such an occasion."

And, reminiscent of the old Reese's Peanut Butter Cup commercials... "you got Alpine in my Valley" ... "you got Valley on my Alpine."

Which then of course lead to "there's no wrong way to eat a Reese's."

So far, all I've "gotten" was drunk.

I've never "GDAS" at a show, however I do seem to GDAK (kiss) boys at shows....I think I've surprised some of said boys. I dunnno...I just get drunk and happy. What can I say????

We're quite alike! I too, have GDASmooched... I dunno, sometimes it just happens!

I always wanted to modify the personal walking tiki bar into a kissing booth, but it never happened. Anymore, I wouldn't even dare in fear no one would take me up on it.
