I'm really looking forward to tonights show. I saw Henry Rollins do a spoken show back in June, and he told of being a new character in the show.....and said this season is going to be "kick-ass"
I have no doubt about that....but wonder how much longer they can hold off Jax & Clay going head to head.

Love this show. I have a question though. Is there any possibility that Jack's father is not who he thinks it is. That it is really his step father? There was a scene I re-watched recently where his mom refers to making sure Jack's follows his real father.

Yeah, she did say that......but more so Clay would look at Jax as "his own flesh and blood" rather than a step-child.
It is possible it will come out that Clay is Jax's father, but would mean that Clay & Gemma were sleeping together behind Gemma's old man's back, which is a major no-no.There's also been hints that Clay took out Jax's Dad.....if that comes to light, all bets are off...the $hit will hit the fan

I think she said it so that Jax wouldn't get distracted by his dad's journal and follow what she thinks are the wrong ideals. I think it's going to come out that Clay is Jax's dad and that he and Jax's mom planned the murder together. Should get interesting. If Jax suspects this at all he will go for leadership and take Clay out. Again, I love this show.

I was channel surfin' last night and caught a brutal scene where some dude got shot in the face, had a logo carved in his chest and then shot some more. Not to be a wimp but I wasn't in a brutal mood so I flicked it. It looks like it might be good. I'll have to check it out sometime.

The show rocks...I'm a big fan. After Sopranos ended I was left with a void....this filled it!

Last night's show was particularly brutal. I have seen other episodes without so much as a broken nose. Thanks for giving it a chance. Keep watching.

If week 1 is any indication of this season. WOW gonna be fun. The impending showdown between Clay and Jax is a great plot

Is there some place where I can watch the last episode of season 1 online. I had it on my dvr and was planning on watching it when it crashed. I thought I could catch it online. It was there earlier. Now I can't find it.

For some reason fx and hulu took this episode down or I'm looking in the wrong place.

k, so I watched last night, missed last week, but am current on the season as soon as Hulu posts that show.

Some thoughts:

Going to need to buy this season on DVD too.
Good music, especially the closing scene songs for several of the episodes.
Most of these folks are reprehensible, (and yes, it is hard to defend murder/rape/theft/random mayhem), but every once in a while, there is a funny line that comes out to put it in perspective. And yet the writer (who plays Big Otto, or did..) seems to grasp that there is a lot of tragedy in the life, and a lot of blowback/dysfunction that just keeps on giving
Tig, is someone I wouldn't want mad at me, but Happy is the Angel of Death
Interesting development between the Chinese, the Mayans, and the 1-9ers.
Are they going to show any weaknesses/flaws in Zobel's armour, or are the writers going to put themselves in a corner because they've made it impossible for the SoA to get out of the box alive?

my favorite show right now....just wish it was on HBO or Showtime so the language &/or situations could be as they are in reality. That's the only thing that really differentiates SoA from the Sopranos....with Tony & his crew, they said it as it was said on the streets, not as they had to say it on network TV.
