True story that happened today.

I had a serious blender malfunction over the weekend, and this morning I looked up the model number online and found a replacement blender blade on Cuisinart's Website. Cool deal - for $16 including shipping, I'll be back up to my liver in margaritas in just a few days.

Now the fun part. I got a confirmation email from Cuisinart this afternoon, telling me that my order was being processed.
