Hi all,

I thought I knew near every Jimmy Buffett song out there. But a friend asked me to help her find one she heard on Radio Margaritaville. I've never heard of it. It's called "She's Going Out Of My Life". Anyone know where I can find this song?

Thanks,
Missy

And the song she may have actually heard is on Mac McAnally's SIMPLE LIFE:

This album has a lot of songs that other artists have covered as well as Jimmy, although it all started with Jimmy doing "She's Going Out Of My Mind."

Track Listings
1. She's Going out of My Mind
2. Company Time
3. Southbound
4. Just That Way
5. Mobile Home
6. Back Where I Come From
7. She's All I've Got Going
8. Invisible Man
9. Same Old Heart
10. Back Where I Come From (Reprise)
11. Down the Road
12. Simple Life

From Mac web site:
Question #4) On Simple Life you returned to your “country” roots. This is made very obvious by the number of country artists that have recorded songs from this CD. Other than Kenny Chesney’s version of “Back Where I Come From” and Sammy Kershaw’s great rendition of “Southbound”, what other artists have recorded songs from Simple Life?
Mac: "Mr. Buffett started the ball rolling with "She's Going out of my Mind" . Garth Brooks heard Jimmy's version and recorded it a couple of times but never released it. The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band recorded "Down the Road" as have a few others. Ricky Skaggs and Andy Griggs have both recorded "Simple Life." The country band "Southern Pacific" recorded "Invisible Man" as have 4 others along the way. Linda Davis had a chart record with "Company Time." Shenendoah recorded "She's All I've Got Going." In all there have been over twenty-five cuts on the 11 songs on "Simple Life" and the only song on the album that has never been covered is "Just That Way."
