The term "snuff queens" was also used in the Waylon song "Laid Back Country Picker", which was written by Vince Matthews and James Casey and which Waylon recorded on December 14, 1972.

I heard a live version of this song earlier this week on another internet radio station (that shall remain nameless) that I've never heard on RM, where Jimmy describes getting inspiration for this song from a prostitute and a guy in a lounge in Nashville.

1. snuff queen
According to a Jimmy Buffett web site, an old term for a prostitute.
"They say you are a snuff queen,
honey, I don't think that's true.
So why don't we get drunk,
and screw?"
Stupid Urban Dictionary. That definition is not right at all. First of all a snuff queen is a snuff (horror/p*rn) film star, not a prostitute.
Second it was my understanding that the term "snuff queen" in WDWGDAS was a reference to an all female band from the 60's called the Snuff Queens who were known for their sexual promiscuity or being "easy".

In fact if you go to "The Jimmy Buffett Scrapbook" page. 111

There is a good description of a "snuff queen". More like a cougar country music groupie than a prostitute.

Jimmy and Mac threw that in the middle of Peanut Butter Conspiracy a couple of years ago. (Or was it The Great Filling Station Holdup? I don't remember.)
It was Great Filling Station Holdup.
