I was dumb struck by one statement and wanted to share..
The transcript includes an opening statement from school President T. K. Wetherell who said he didn't believe the students cheated, but that they got inappropriate help
Wait a minute!!!! College athletes getting "inappropriate" help so they can continue to play a sport and receive their "free education"!!!!!!! Oh no....I cannot imagine that happening in ANY school!!!!!!!
I don't deny it happens at FSU, I just wish that other schools were scrutinized as closely,
because I know that FSU isn't the only place that college athletes get "inappropriate" help.
Some people never find it, some only pretend
But me, I just want to live happily ever after every now and then.

It happens at most schools that have big sport programs. I remember when Jim McMahon was at BYU, there were a number of his teammates that needed "help". Not to mention that many of the players failed to live by the Student Conduct Code, which is grounds for dismissal from the school. They were fairly open about drinking, swearing, doing drugs and chasing women, which was overlooked because they were starters on the football team.
