I wonder if that says "Berklee" in the background, as in Berklee College of Music in Boston. Don't remember the time frame, but JB was a guest lecturer at some point.

One of the guys in the neighborhood graduated from Berklee and got to see Jimmy in one of his classes. I know I've heard of twice that he lectured there...maybe both times with Livingston Taylor.

Similar style of lettering, and similar placement of letters (the 'G' in 'college' directly below the 'R' in 'Berklee', for example).
I think we've got our location; someone else can figure out the timeframe.

I don't think that the photo was taken in 2006 although Jimmy spoke with Steve on Radiomargaritaville about going to Berklee and about Liv Taylor's CD which was released in January 2006...Jimmy liked the song Step By Step. Or, then again, maybe it is from almost 4 years ago. Time flies.

Apparently an independent study was done - no, I don't have the URL handy; try Google - that showed that while all news networks slanted the news in some way, Fox was by far the worst. CNN and MSNBC were shown to slant their stuff over 50% of the time (which is still pretty sucky); Fox rated somewhere over 90%.
