Very Happy with TicketMaster

I bought my MSG tix on Ticketmaster.com and ended up with tix behind the stage which was fine because of the cost of them $29 ea that’s all I could pay. I got an email from Ticketmaster last week saying because of the stage set up the seats my tickets were for would be eliminated but the offered me my money back or a free upgrade to a side section at no cost so I went from section 68 row L to section 75 row D much better seats! I am very happy with TM! They handled this very well and I would be very happy to do business with them again!

Glad to hear this. But, consider yourself very lucky. Most of the time, TM could care less. You found one of the few Ticketmaster agencies that care.

Have to go with the board consensus on this one. Remember what TM did to those Chicago phans that were sold preferred parking instead of seats? It was a TM screw up. Sure, the phans got their money back, but they didn't get into the show. Count yourself lucky, dude.
