McCracken the scotsman . . .

In Scotland, the local roofbuilder was training a new apprentice, and sharing tales of his other work around the town, given his many skills. He regaled the young man with anecdotes of his labors as they worked on the roof . . .
“Aye, you see every one of them cobblestones on that street? I laid all of them stones, every one. But do they call me McCracken, the road builder? Noooo, they don’t! And, do you see all of those chimneys standing tall against the sky, I built every one of them, I tell you, one by one. But, do they call me McCracken, the chimney man? Noooo, they don’t! You see all of those beautiful brick buildings? I laid every one of those bricks by hand, making all those homes for the people. But, do they call me McCracken, the bricklayer? Noooo, they don’t! You see that beautiful paint on all the churches? I painted them, every one, and noooooo, they don’t call me McCracken the painter! But I fook ONE goat and.........
