That was one of the best things about that show, having your room directly across the street. No nasty porto potties!

For the STL Show people, Harrah's right now has rooms for $109 Wed night and $99 Thurs night... A very, very short drive from the venue..

Indy maybe a list minute trip, at least it's a Saturday. I'm all in for Chicago in the middle of August!

Finally!! Starting the room booking process. We are going to hit up some news venues this year, mainly Bristow for the Labor Day weekend show. My parents will be dissappointed that no NC/SC date has been announced, I guess they will have to wait to see us!!

Just an observation - of the 19 dates posted so far, Jimmy played 15 of those cities last year and 14 of them the year before. It looks like the west coast dates haven't been announced yet but one can look at the previous two years to get a good idea of where they will be. I wonder why he doesn't change it up more often? The only thing to wait for anymore is the actual date of the show since they are pretty much in the same cities/venues every year. Does he sign multi-year contracts with venues or does he just decide each year where to play again?

We went ahead and booked a room in Manassas for Labor Day weekend but still holding out that slim sliver of hope for NC. It is hard to get all the appropriate tailgating gear there when you only have one vehicle.
