This is one of the best display of meteors that we have all year. Every year, at this time, we are treated to a dazzling display....

My dad loved to watch the skies.....We would often sit outside and stare at the stars and dream.....It was always a treat to see a shooting star or to view a meteor shower. Tonight is the 10th anniversary of his death...it serves as a reminder to me that life is too short and when you dream, you should dream big....

Hey - I'll be getting up with my daughter to watch early tomorrow morning. Clear skies and peak of the shower will be a little after 4 am for us. I love this stuff.

I love meteor showers. But in my area, it was cloudy. It's great to watch them in the hot tub. I think the neighbors are wondering what all that "OOOO" and "AHHH" is about.

There were stars, but a light cloud cover, so I couldn't even find the big dipper. The city is no place for stargazing anyway.
