Buffett/Zac Brown Band Crossroads Taping

Post by BigR-KyParrothead »

I received word today that Buffett and Zac Brown Band will tape an episode of CMT's Crossroads

Word from my friend who is tight with a CMT employee, the taping WILL take place in the Nashville area in December. She is not sure if tix will be available to the public or if this is an invite-only show.

Working on a date and time and possible ticket info

the "rumor" inside cmt is that it will be in early december at a smaller venue in the "nashville area"

Heard in from Nash today----Possible location is the Last Exit Inn
Did you hear the one about me being a punk?
Did you hear the one about me being a drunk?
Did you hear the one about me losing my nerve?
Or how I'm just another f**** sheep in the herd?
Did you hear the one about me giving a s***?
Cause if I ever did I don't remember it.

That's because the band features fiddler- Jimmy De Martini

I could see OPH as a possibility and after watching the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band's American Dream in the Critters thread this morning, I think that would be a good fit.

just got an email from a friend who works in the "venue biz" in nashville.....

she told me they are indeed "holding" a few dates for this show. so, it sounds like a date hasnt been set in stone yet.
