Can anyone recall the name of the taxi service that is giving discounts to Ph's to and from the airport (reservations required)?? I need to make a reservation.

Mango's Taxi in Key West is offering MOTM attendees a discounted rate of $7.00 per person for trips to & from the airport during the convention. Advance reservations are required.

Not with some helicopter parents when their kid texts them to say they have a pounding pain in their head and can't move. They don't like to hear "well that was 2 hours ago.....we would have probably noticed if someone fell over in the middle of class" When I went to find Susie, she said "I feel fine". I wanted to tell her where her cell phone really should be stored during the school day.

Sooooo, my flight leaves MIA on Tuesday the 9th but I forgot to extend my reservation by a day and now can't do so (they're full)....

So maybe I'll wander back up the Keys for Monday night. Anyone have any suggestions for a place to stay on the water?

Well, you could try Holiday Isle in Islamorada...but while it's renowned as a party place, it's pretty dead on a Monday and it's definitely not been updated in a while.

I'll be staying someplace up in Key Largo that night; it should be easy to get a place, *and* a place on the water there. Check Orbitz for pricing specials, and if you want, stay in touch and we can connect for dinner or some such. Rates run from about $80 at one place near the Marina (name escapes me) if you tell them you're a Parrothead to maybe $150ish.

3 more days of work!!!! I'm spending my lunch hours listening on my Ipod Touch to Beach Front Radio with DJ Jeff talking about all the great parties. I can't wait!!!!! It snowed in the higher elevations with icy roads and it never got above 39 degrees today with a cold bone chilling wind. All I could think about while walking to and from my car is that in one week I'll be where it's warm.
