I started out thinking I’d prefer Outlook since that’s what I use at work, and I wouldn’t have to have another program open on my desktop and remember to open it everyday.
However, I’ve been weighing the pros and cons of something internet bases like Google Calendar.

MY IPhone syncs with my Outlook on my work laptop, I love it.. It makes things real handy.
We are wayyy too small to have an IT dept. If fact, I am one of the three folks here that are assigned with IT responsibilities. Now, try to match that up with my demonstrated IT knowledge so far…Joetown Parrothead wrote:http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2329295,00.asp
Here is one article on how to sync your outlook, I am sure there are many to show you how... Mine has always done it from day one.. It also sends me my company email, you might need to get with your IT dept to help on that..
I sync my Home computer with my IPhones for Music & Photos...
Can't really tell from the pic...can you post the product name and where you got it, if you remember? It just blows my mind that I could get a zillion different products for an iPod that came with good reviews and actually worked, and there really is nothing for the iPhone that does what I want it to do that is a quality product. Seems to me like apple is trying to make more money by having people buy a third party product that may break your phone so you have to get a new one. Ideally I'd like a charger/fm transmitter all in one...or better yet, one that does both those things and lets you make/receive calls thru your car stereo...but the only product I found that does that got stinky reviews and caused problems with the phone.srkmrd wrote:In reference to a car charger what Don and I both have in our car is an adapter that you can plug the charger in to... Don's even had a plug for USB and something else. They work great and I just carry my ac charger in my purse all the time.

But thank you for the article, BR.While my setup doesn’t match the example in the article, it does give me a starting off point in that I didn’t realize that I first need to sync my calendar with iTunes before I can sync it with the iPod.
I’ve had this thing for over three months and I haven’t figured out much more than playing music and
storing pictures![]()

tried that one and it is funBrown Eyed Girl wrote:Apps I have been having fun with...ebay, google and urbanspoon. I love Urbanspoon...you can shake it and it pulls up restaurants like a slot machine. But the best feature is "scope". Aim the phone at the horizon and it comes up with restaurants in that direction, with ratings, directions etc. How fun is that?
Used it to find a great restaurant in San Pedro yesterday, one I will definitely go back to.
