Who's going to the 2010 New England PH Convention?!

Happy 2010 fellow BN'ers. Since I'll be a "Newbie" at this convention, I too am curious as to how dressed up pholks will be getting for this phun event. Also any advice that you would like to pass along to help prepare for this convention would be greatly appreciated!!

Most of the time, we wear hawaiian shirts, shorts and flip flops unless we get cold and then maybe jeans or a sweatshirt...very casual. Just think 3 day long tailgate party.....and remember it's a marathon, not a sprint As for the masquerade Ball....who knows, what is your costume? I believe we are dressing "Mardi Gras Masquerade" rather than just a funny costume, but I'm sure there will be everything from togas, ball gowns and everything in between.
As for what else to bring....munchies and alcohol for your room, and any other Buffetty things that make the party more phun.

Thursday is a new thing and last year it was pretty cool! Dress was definately casual. Friday it starts to get full swing and lots of Buffetty attire going around! This year theres the Masquarade Ball which is a whole new twist. I have a very mardi-gras style outfit as well that I want to wear... think boas, feathers, and of course... a mask!! If you do a google search for mardi gras costumes, you'll be amazed at what comes up!

I personally dont take my flip flops off all weekend.. but I also dont usually leave the hotel at all! No reason to! Well, maybe to go on the brewery tour this year! Anyone else interested in that?!

Quite frankly Chris, some of those pictures scare me! However, after having spent time with Tonga, Tommy & Gunthermoose at Mohegan I know that it will definitely be a good time!

It's gonna be a blast.....like i said before, just think of it as a 3 day (in our case 4 -we're arriving Thursday afternoon) tailgate party. Some people chill, some people party hearty, and everyone has a good time.
