note.. I neither smoke or own an apple computer my Ipods were both gifts..
but I as far as I am concerned.. I will not change either in the near option

I wonder how long it'll be before the first lawsuit is filed against Apple for refusing to honor its warranty?

Lots of people like hickory, or even mesquite, but I put Apple in my smoker and the ribs taste just fine!

Thought the same thing myself, Dave. Fan of hickory, pecan and cherry wood. Apple or peach wood are great for poultry (smoking TG turkey in pecan with a li'l cherry).

I am sorry, but this is retarded. Until the warrenty cleary states that unless you operate your Mac in a "cleanroom" facility, any issues/failures are not covered, they are on the hook and the tech that did the "no, I am not going to fix this" needs to be beaten down with a brick in a burlap bag.

As a non-smoker, who doesn't allow smoking in my house, I don't see the problem.
And I love my iMac.
