Thank you JB!

Post by Finnsaremorefun »

Today is a great day, having finished up my undergrad degree and having a new album out on the same day. After class I was lucky enough to pick up the last album on Target's shelves and in my opinion it sounds awesome.

Thank you for returning to your roots, and giving this 22 year old PH a taste of how your music was two decades ago. I know that many reading this will come back with "oooooh, this is nothing compared to how it use to be", and that's fair enough. But for me, I am inspired by "Wings" with Will and the musical story of Buffet Hotel.

I am proud to say I am a Jimmy Buffett fan and hope that your sustaining passion will equal more to come in the future. I can't wait for next concert season, but until then, 'Hotel will not be leaving my CD player.

A big congratulations on your undergraduate degree. You did it, and here is to hard work paying off.

I also echo your thoughts on the new album. We are being majorly socked with our first winter storm of the year. If I have to be hunkered down in my house it is nice to hunker down with a new album that is awesome, and it is nice to love every track on the album. Thank you Jimmy!

Congrats from a fellow Finn in Michigan!
We are also getting blasted by the storm. We had no snow till this weekend and now I can't open my side door! My kids just found out they have another snow day tomorrow.
