Jimmy Not Playing '010 Jazz Fest

The list is out for the New Orleans Jazz Fest and so is the schedule now and Jimmy Buffett is not on either one. That does not mean he's not playing since they do add big names a little later sometimes. But so far no JB at JF. Haven't studied it yet but does he have any dates for the Under The Big Top Tour that conflict with any Jazz Fest dates?

Don't worry they will add him soon. He's just not on there cause he hasn't released any tour dates yet and he doesn't want jazz fest to announce dates before he does. He'll be there though.

It could also mean that he'll be in New Orleans at that time whether he plays JF or not, he'll play at Margaritaville for sure as usual...

It seems like he's not going to. But he was hanging out with Quint Davis for the NFC championship game so who knows - they just might be waiting to announce it. WHY makes no sense to me, he's always on the initial list.

I would LOVE for Jimmy to play, but i dont know if I believe the rumors of him on the 1st. I mean would he play anywhere else but the acura stage or play without being a headline? I doubt it. I am thinking Pearl Jam would diff headline that day and play at acura. I mean Jimmy surprises the hell out of us so know telling what could happen. I am still p*** he played outside the superdome during the NFC championship and I misseed that
