I had the rum last week in Vegas

We had multiple boat drinks mixed with the Margaritaville rums and all were very good. They have a lot of new things on the drink menu there including a new Key West shot that went down way too easy. I also asked for a taster of the coconut rum so I could try it on its own and thought it was pretty good as well. At the gift shop they said it should be available now in the larger liquor stores across the country. Haven't checked here in CO yet but I will soon.

I had the rum last June in Vegas as well. Hot chick with a cocnut bra was walking around with samples. Stuff isn't bad, but not great. Certainly drinkable, but not my first choice. I do like the M'Ville in Vegas.

We were really pleasantly surprised with the dark rum in New Orleans. It's not on par with Diplomatico RE or El Dorado 15 or anything, but I would take it over anything else on the grocery store shelf. It was incredibly smooth.

Have not seen it here in western Pa. yet but look forward to trying it!

I'm almost positive it's not in stores yet, just being served at Margaritaville.
