That is totally and completely cool!!! Good for Howie, Cyndi, and family!!! And Michael!
Loved the videos... the baby's little feather puff santa hat is adorable! And they all looked quite tickled when the video crew showed up with the news they'd won!
Thanks for sharing Nancy!!

Re: Howard Livingston on the Weather Channel
Apparently they'll be doing occasional segments from Howard's home between 8 AM & 2 PM on Christmas day.
This couldn't have happened to a nicer bunch of people.

Fan-FREAKIN'-tastic !! I was at a big family Christmas eve party, they had their tv tuned to the weather channel.....I have no clue why.
When I saw that blue hat and HUGE smile, I knew who it was. I yelled out (right smack in the middle of the party) "HEY ! I KNOW THAT GUY ! THAT'S HOWARD LIVINGSTON !!!!!!!!!!!"
They all looked at me as if I'd lost my ever-lovin' mind. The hubby was the only one who knew what I was yelling about.
Congrats, 'Howie', to you and your family. That is so cool. The family all got a kick out of the power margarita blender/motor.

Re: Howard Livingston on the Weather Channel
Haha- I was hoping there'd be a thread on this here. I didn't know much about mm24 before hand but when I saw TWC had selected him I immediately figured he's a BN'r. I caught an update on the 26th that one of the meteorologists said that he heard it was a blast and there was quite a lot of drinking going on, where the girl next to him said he wan't supposed to say that on the air! He just shrugged as if to say, "big deal". No doubt they were jealous!
Wonder how tough it was for the network to make that decision? "Hmm, what do you think? A JB-influenced family down in the keys that will provide a band, plenty of neighbors up for the party? Yep lets go there!"
Talk about a no-brainer! Looked like it was a lot of fun!

Yeah, a no-brainer with Howie having a song called Local on the 8s too.LesPaul30 wrote:Haha- I was hoping there'd be a thread on this here. And, that little Michael is a winner in more ways than winning SNOW for Christmas...do doubt!
(Wondered if their plants froze?)
