It's a HELL of a lot better than #32. Although Seattle was number 1 on something - TomTom's list of the worst cities to drive in.
We didn't have near as much trouble driving in Seattle as Chicago

I wouldn't say I lived in a "Happy State" more of a "Confused State" really.

The more I read the details about how this list was compiled, the more I realize it is a fabricated bunch-o-rubbish. Survey results are only part of the equation. The other part consists of *quality of life* aesthetics determined, assigned and weighted by those putting out the list.

And there is no cost-of-living variable in the equation, e.g. a person polled with a $40,000 income in Louisiana where the cost of living is much cheaper is weighed the same as a person polled from New York also earning $40,000. My guess is the Louisiana dude earning $40k lives much better off than the New Yorker earning the same amount. Bet that makes the Louisiana dude much happier than the New Yorker with his quality of life.

I'm supprised we got ranked so high (especially if winter weather is a rating point). It must be our great politicians. :( :(
