Coconut Rum and Coke..

not so fast this is not what you are thinking


OK so I had some extra coconut cream last night ( from a Coconut cream pie I made for ME)

2 OZ Rhum
6 OZ coke
1/2 tablespoon coconut cream ( I used the Kurhumba (SP) brand)

OK mix the rum and coconut together.. (stir it Shake it)
DO NOT
put the coke in if you are going to shake it.. shake only the Rum and Coconut cream (Trust me)

pour the mix in a glass pour the coke in stir lightly
the coke will cause the mixture to fizz (see above)
add ice..

Not really a rum and coke fan...............but this sounds like it might change my opinion!
