Charlie Sheen jailed in Aspen over domestic violence accusations

PITKIN COUNTY - Actor Charlie Sheen bonded out after he was arrested on Christmas morning on domestic violence charges in Aspen.

The Pitkin County Sheriff's Office says Sheen, whose real name is Carlos Irwin Estevez, was arrested by Aspen Police at 11:20 a.m.

getting lippy.. you leave.. really.. sleep in the car.. call a cab while walking..
find a no tell motel.. GET OUT
only bad things come from arguing with a person that you love

.13 is really not that drunk. Sure, its too drunk to drive, but I bet half the crowd at most Buffett shows is at .13 or higher and I rarely see problems there. My guess is that these two have major problems even when alcohol is not involved.

missed some words I meant "that type of drunk"
meaning if she is the type that gets lippy and or is the type that
has the same conversation when she drinks (IE: You need to start..... or Quit....)
if you see her (or Him) go down that path.. it's time to leave
we all have people in our life that when they drink have this issue some are more
troublesome than others.. ( I have a friend who if she get's three drinks in her starts in
on her Boyfriend and how he thinks she can't do this or that and it makes her mad)
if she is going over this when she is with me.. she is going over this when she drinks around him
and guess what, it will lead to a fight (if it hasn't already) and yep.. I slip away
when the broken record starts playing

entirely possible, tho there is a wonderful stigma in dv cases that the guy is always in the wrong. Santa's right, "just walk away and crash somewhere else while she sleeps off the stupidity." and then make arrangements to get out. Sticking around a person like this is a guarantee of more visits from the local PD.
