Who's going to Orlando 2/25/10 (TAILGATE IN LOT 3)

OK, I've confirmed with John Frinzi that he can be available for a pre-concert concert at the tailgate!!

I've also spoken with Lewis about cooking up some BBQ ribs and chicken like we did in Tampa!!

If there is enough interest, I think we can make a go of it. The concert announcement is pretty short notice, so I'm not sure if enough folks will be coming to be able to make this happen, but we'll try.

Let's take a preliminary headcount by Wednesday the 20th of January to see if it looks doable.

One other thing, is it going to be Lot 3 (green) just like '07? If not let us know so we can get the advanced parking for the right one. You making it down to Ft Lauderdale as well.

Here's the location we tailgated last time. It's on the north side of the arena, slightly to the west of the front doors. It was a decent spot, enough grass to be comfortable, but still good parking. I'd say we do the same location to make it easy on everyone.

Parking is where the big red arrow points, tailgate just slightly to the right by the big trees.



Here's the latest list of tailgate attendees. I'm going to finalize everything with Lewis on the BBQ by Thursday, February 4th as the absolute last day to give him enough time to get everything in order. The earlier you can let me know, the better. I'll shoot out paypal info in a week. I'll also be giving John Frinzi the "go" on playing the tailgate as well. If you're not planning to join in the BBQ, donations towards the expense of hiring John would gladly be accepted if it's something you desire.

If anyone needs removed from the BBQ list, let me know asap. BYOB as usual.

I think it's first come first serve because they aren't selling parking passes. With how they set up the parking attendants who take the money, everyone needs to probably coordinate how to get into lot 3, since they might funnel you somewhere else.
