NFC Championship Game

Post by aeroparrot »

Who will win?
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Life is short, live long!!

I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.

I'm just guessing on this one. I think it's a toss up and wouldn't be surprised if either team won.

History, shmistory.
My two favorite teams are the PACKERS and whoever is playing the Viqueens.

Does that answer the question?

This game is a toss up....but if I have to pick a team to root for......I'm gonna pick the Vikings for 2 reasons....

1. I played football for the Vikings in High School (the Lyndon Vikings)
2. This is probably Favre's last hurrah and I think a Colts-Viking Superbowl would be a great game while the Saints have built a team that should be around awhile and they can play the Pats in next years Superbowl  .

I was impartial to who won this game as I have reasons I'd like to see either team win. After hearing Prince's new song called Purple and Gold, I think I really want the Saints to win. I don't think I can handle hearing that song anymore.

IF you haven't heard it, here it is.

It will have a purpose. After the Saints humble the Vikings this weekend, they can slow down the tempo and it can serve as their dirge.

It also makes Jimmy's "Landshark Stadium" revision of "Fins" sound so much better.

The odds makers favor the Saints. I think home field will push the Saints over the edge and send them to their 1st Superbowl.

I'm not sure if home field matters here.
I'll go with the Vikings. Come Monday it will be back to "Aints" status.
