Jimmy doesn't say the penguins are at the North Pole, he says they're at the top of the world. We only consider the North Pole the "top" because we've been indoctrinated by images that show the earth with north as top, south as bottom. To someone viewing our planet from afar, it might very well appear completely different. And that's how you get penguins at the top of the world.

How do they find fish? Wouldn't gravity cause all the fish to sink to the bottom and congregate around the North Pole?
