How the hell do I even speculate "covering" a band!? BTW the band, JSP, will be starting at the Parrot-Dice Lounge at around Noon. They play party hits, Classic Rock, Blues and Current Hits. Dancing will likely happen spontaneously. They are a newer local band with members having played with national acts on Leno and the stages of Lollapolooza. They will grace the newly built PDL Stage.
So new THIS Year - a hula hoop Dancer complete with flaming things, an airbrush tattoo artist, and JSP
Returning for its 2nd year . . . Drink-O, our Larger Wheel of Chance, The Foam Pit with a Larger pit
Still there not willing to die - Me and Captain Andy.

It is FINALLY JB Chicago week!!! I havent had my Fix since Mr. Buffett was in STL in April!!
The mini grill is ready, the Rose is chilled and I am ready for a great time with all the Chicago folks.
FINS UP ALL!!!!!
I want to go back down and lie beside the sea there.
With a tin cup for a chalice
Fill it up with good red wine...or Rose, as Jimmy said!!!
I may have asked this question before...BUT...
Does anybody know which direction the seating count goes if you are looking at the stage? Is it 1 to the right and 2, 3, 4, etc. to the left?? Trying to figure where I am in the row with seat no. 25.
Thanks!!
I should know...this is my third JB show at this event. I guess the memory fades more every year or beer!

Last year, I had seat 1 in Section 1, and it was on the right aisle as you face the stage.

Section 1, as in section A1 on the floor? I am in A4 and want to know if I am closer to the center or the outside. With your answer, it seems I am closer to the center. Happy FINS!!!
Thanks

Anyone staying at Holiday Inn Express on Cicero?
I was in A1 Row 22, and I believe it was the last row of the section.
Just cancelled my Holiday Inn reservation in favor of the one I have at the Hampton Inn-same complex.

If you look at the seating chart from the Toyota Park webpage and imagine you are facing the stage, the seat numbers go from left to right. So, if you were in A2, row 1, seat 1, your seat would be next to isle between sections A1 and A2. There are 28 seats in the row. This is according to a rep from the Toyota Park Box Office. We were in A2, row 1 last year with a fantastic view of the speakers and about 1/3 of the stage. Our seats were closer to A1 than A3 and we were pretty p*** about it.
Also, the wife and I are still looking for 2 in sections A2, A3, or A4. Help us people, help us!
I also need a guess of how many people with be in the caravan / tailgate. We need to know how much stuff to bring. We usually bring way too much and throw some away. We would like to cut back a bit this year.
See you guys soon!
I think I'll take my shoes off and go walking
Down beside the Caribbean Sea. . .
Palm Trees and views I can't believe
Why would I ever want to leave?
