Sooooooo.... We might just need another contingency plan. The Red Sox are starting their game early on Thurs because of Celts/Lakers Game 7. If JB starts early, hopefully that means the gates open earlier, too. I'll tell ya, though, if they start the show early and don't open the gates earlier I will be P*SSED.

I actually have wondered if he would bump the start time up earlier. I doubt it but I would not be surprised if he took the stage at 8pm sharp instead of 8:15 so he can end a bit earlier. But even still, I bet a lot pf people will bail at intermission (if he has one) ...
When it became clear in teh 2nd quarter tonight the C's had no chance to win, and really did anyone think the NBA/ABC would allow them to win in 6 and give up a game 7 TV ratings monster? I looked at the clock at halftime, it was 10:15pm, the second half started at 10:35. Jimmy usually wraps up between 10:15-10:30 so if he keeps his usual take the stage at 8:15 start time the concert will end at halftime.

Great idea... Another idea, put a couple of video monitors (if possible) to the game during the intermission. Or even skip intermission so the show would end a little earlier.

True, but I've never had any issues taking 140 from I-95 down no matter what the time (hopefully I didn't jinx it). Most of the time when I did get the back up, it would be right at the bend just before 140 joins with 495 at the worst.
