Re: Who's Going to Great Woods June 19th Saturday...
Buffett Buffet
I'm thinking maybe $10 a head per day will cover it.
Does this sound like anything people want to do?
Bourbon Sirloin Tips
Burgers
Tequila Lime Shrimp
Corn
Shrimp Cocktail
Hot Dogs
BBQ Chicken
Chiken Kabobs
Tossed Garden Salad
Veggie Plate
Cheese and Cracker Plate
Potato Salad
I would need some sort of head count as to be sure I've got enough food..
Also I would not want to exclude anyone who's not officially invited.
All would be welcome.. These are my terms..
Let me know what you guys think..

Dave, you may be my new hero! (Just don't tell Sunset Chef or Blackjack that...)
Take me for what I am, a star newly emerging.

Has anyone done anything to address the parking fiasco of last year.?
Do we want to move meet up location to Shaws? Pay for Premium parking?
Just saying...
I am def not paying to park in the VIP lot. I didn't think the parking was that big of a deal last year, in the end we all parked close together. It could have been worse. Shaws is fine with me but if I recall correct, from shaws to GW you have to pass by the exit ramp so that could also cause some issues with cars merging in.
SchoolGirlHeart wrote:I suspect there are few lawn tickets out there because the GW lawn is now pretty tiny. All those uncovered pavilions sit on what used to be lawn....
In past year's, even when the lawn was bigger very very few lawn tickets were released. The tickets they release are those that are held back for promoters, the band, VIP's etc... when they go unclaimed they release them to the public and not many lawn seats are being held for those type of people.

Barry, of course you should....lots of lawn tix available on Craigslist, there are Pavilion seats in the ticket thread and they'll be releasing more, and I'm sure we can find a room for you....I have a couple of extra rooms, and I think Tam still has one too. We are also going to be doing a whole slew of things Friday so come for the two shows and festivities FridayMarnin Grita Guy wrote:Can I?

BARRY!!! You have to come! GW is the best!
As for parking.. Shaws is the best place to meet, the biggest prob is the one light and the off ramp but if you stick close together and we'll all have flyers on our dash, we'll be good. The New England clubs have been doing it for years with lots of success. And Kathy is working on avoiding the parking issues from last year.
