That makes it 4am Eastern Time. Very early for you guys.......

Let me know if I can help - don't know how many tickets at a time you will be able to buy????
Yes I have just received the official notificationfrom GDP. Do you think it will be standing downstairs and if we go in the balcony could we see enough? Now more problems upstairs or downstairs? Roxy if it is 10 am in France is it still 10am in the UK?
Margaret - it is 9am in the UK!

Apparently they do take the seats out for 'rock' concerts, so I am tempted to go for upstairs this time....... Maybe I will do what Michelle did and buy both :-?

Do you think Dutch will let us join him and his fishing rod on the balcony ???

Rox - Take your own fishing pole. Maybe you'll get the flip flop this time.
Do you think it would look very obvious tucked up my t-shirt??

I told him that a friend of mine was their and caught a flipflop with a fishing pole. The pilot told me that he saw the whole thing and it was cool.

That IS cool!!!!! It's a small-parrothead world out there!!!!! 8) 8) 8) :D

Will I be going? I wish our Parliamentary calendar were a bit more settled: whenever we think we'll have a break, we're working, and whenever we think we'll be working, we get delayed or prorogued! As it stands, Sept 24 is right at the end of the first week of sitting and it could be hard to get to Paris and back in a weekend....

Jeeezzzz..... just tell them that you're gonna go brush up on you French.....The QUebecians will vote to send you gratis..... :o :D :D :D :D

Unfortunately, if I were to be able to go to Paris Ms Sammie would not be able to make the trip with me. Paris does not allow guide dogs from America into the country. Paris has guide dog schools of their own, and they don't have the problems of heartworm their like we do. Unless the law has changed Sammie would have to stay home. Paris is what I will live vicariously through all of you, because taking a trip without Sammie is not an option for me not even for JB.

I have been doing a little research on this...... Apparently there are 3 choices - 'orchestre', mezzanine or balcon. I suspect what we actually want is the mezzanine!!

David - just for you x

www.gdp.fr - this is the official ticket site but it looks like you have to select 'will call'

I am also going to try: www.olympiahall.com this is the venue site but they also offer tickets for sale.

Last year: www.fnacspectacles.com were also offering tickets.

Take your pick..........

What an earth is going on, afternoon before the tickets go on sale Margaritavile still says ticket sale TBA. The venue does not list the show? It is only the gdp web site that shows on sale date.
