As for the time to get in, I suspect the time they let people in is more a factor of avoiding lines on the I-43 than anything else. If everyone gets there at a certain time, and lines form on the freeway, they have to let us in for safety reasons.

Welcome, Larry! Wow, you're cutting it close! I've been trying to get the recipe for Parrot P!ss Punch from Capt.Flock for weeks now, but no go. I'll ask my friend if she'll share her Summer Splash recipe (orange juice with 5 or 6 different alcohols in it) and post it if she does. Has anyone had any experience tailgating for Jimmy at Alpine in the ADA/restricted mobility lot? One of our friends had one of her knees replaced about three weeks ago and will not be able to negotiate the lawn to get to our seats. I parked in the lot many years ago for a Stevie Ray Vaughan concert when one of our party was physically disabled but the tailgating wasn't really part of the the "experience". Any thoughts or experience would be appreciated.

I'm sitting in a motel in Waukesha right now, the wind is howling and it's raining.
I just checked the weather for later today on weather.com; they're calling for early AM rain in the East Troy area; clearing up in the afternoon with temps around the low 80s. But the bad news — a 30% probability of rain for later in the evening (around 7:00 or so), and going on to around 2:00 AM.
Since I can't make it I could go all sour grapes here, and get nasty and say I hope it rains on you; but I'm not that kind of a guy (besides, karma is a bïtch!). So y'all be careful down there, hope the parking lot situation doesn't turn into too much of a clusterfluck, enjoy the show, and try to stay dry....on the outside, anyway.
Maybe I'll listen to the show on Radio Margaritaville, and (try to) help out with the set list thread.

They decided to charge an early admission fee and opened the lots at 11 am!! Sure glad we never considered waiting til later to get there. Nice, tropical tailgating weather!
