No no no! As of yesterday no one was allowed to complain.
Seriously? You joined here and made your first post about how upset you are that on Feb 12th they haven't announced all the dates for a tour that normally extends into November? You're kidding me, right? Lemme call Jimmy on my special "parrot" phone right now and let him know how unfulfilled your life is and I'm sure he'll get all over it. Sheeeeesh.

We never get shows here in Kansas City or Omaha,
Oh well time to have a beer... Have extra money will travel to the shows.... Come on Vegas Dates!

I actually almost started a Complaining thread so we could keep all of our complaining to one location...The "He's not playing my area, he cancelled our shows, he's playing our area at a bad time, I wanted a Saturday show, he's only doing one show in our area, he hates the west coast, ticketmaster sucks, he's only in it for the money, he never plays anything good, I can't believe the ticket prices, he released the dates too soon, he didn't release the dates soon enough, the lots aren't opening until _______, I can't beleive how much it is to park, I never get to see boobies" thread. It' make my job moderating easier - I'd only have to look at one thread!
Am I allowed to complain about the hail storm in Mansfield last year? Just a little?

At Alpine this past year, I wore shorts and a T-shirt for the tailgate in the parking lot, but once the evening came on I too put on a pair of jeans and a jacket for the show — and I wasn't the only one.
After the intermission, Jimmy himself came out in a hoodie, Mac(?) was wearing a scarf, and a couple of the other Reefers were wearing "foul-weather gear" ... although I think this might have been done just for laughs, I'll bet it still felt good.

Complaints? You want COMPLAINTS!?
Sure, Jimmy hasn't missed a year in the DC metro area (Merriweather Post and Nissan Pavilion) for over 3 decades.
But ......
Sheesh. He used to give us upwards of 5-6 shows EVERY SUMMER.
We used to get 3 shows at Merriweather Post in June
then another 2 shows at Nissan Pavilion in August.
Now all we get is a lousy 2 SHOWS every year at something called Jiffy Lube Live on Labor Day Weekend.
We're starting to feel terribly neglected here.
In order to see more than 2 shows I now have to drive 2 almost 3 whole hours to Philadelphia
or maybe 4 hours to Charlottesville.
Can I get some love and pity here?

p.s. And if Funkhouse9 doesn't stop his incessant whining about Nautical Wheelers, good grief, Jimmy may cut us back to ONE SHOW EVERY YEAR!

Complaints?
Every year I ask my lovely bride to schedule a JB show in the backyard.
Never does.
We have to travel
45 min to MSG
1:30 to Jones Beach
2:00 to Mohegan Sun
2:20 to AC
2:45 to Camden/Philly
All that from Parrotthead central here in West Nyack NY.
I"m not complaining.

Never been to a show out west, but I am hoping to MAYBE pull off an East Coast and Midwest show this summer!! I am hoping to coordinate a Phoenix trip with a Glendale show......................
oh, and stop complaining.......... lol !!

Yes, you can get some pity... none of those shows are at Alpine (http://buffettfan.blogspot.com/search/l ... e%20Valley), so you don't know what you're missing.
