Who's going to Pittsburgh on Thursday, August 12th?

I AM on THIS SHIP to PITTSBURGH!!!!!......have AIRFARE,CAR.TICKET!!!!....just have to figure out where to stay!....how far is this venue from the PITTSBURGH Airport?...IS the rivwe pretty easy to a small town after the show ?...OR is it a maze to get to the highway?..any help!..like to BE safe after the show

We are staying at the Four Points Sheriton at the Pittsburgh Airport. It is about 16 miles from the show. Got on Priceline and got a room for $99.

Okay, I knew I was friends with you guys for a reason!! Love the hat idea and I look so good in hats NNNNOOOOTTTT. But if it's holding my Bacardi Gold and seltzer, I'm all over it. hehehehe

Last year I stayed at Baymont Inn & Suites in Weirton, WV. There is also a Holiday Inn in Weirton. Weirton is only about a 10 minute drive away from Post Gazette...they are both right off the same highway. Holly has both of these hotels listed in her sig line.

This year I will be staying at the campground called Benett Acres...it's just a few miles down the road from Post Gazette. If anyone needs any more info on the campground, let me know.

where is a good place to stay????..I can get a rent a car cheap for 3 days but the only place I found close to it was a place called FLORENCE MOTEL???...any help...TRYING to put together the trip!..ALSO !!!!..whats the deal with the bus???..is it buy hotels I can stay..I DO NOT like to drink and drive after the show unless its a EASY wat back to the hotel in 5 minutes or less???....HELP PLEASE

it's not a KOA campground. apparently they do have cabins, but i've never seen them before...we just always stay in tents. there are a lot of parrotheads who stay there as well. the good spots fill up fast though on the day of the concert. they do have showers...there have been a few years where the showers were not open for the buffett show, but the last time i stayed there the showers and bathrooms were open for anyone to use. here is their website...it makes the place look a little nicer than it actually is...but, it's close to the venue and there are usually a ton of parrotheads to hang out with before and after the concert, so, it works for us.
