To Clarify - Not at Alabama (in Tuscalossa) it was at UA-Huntsville

It's the University of Alabama in Huntsville not Tuscaloosa. My Alma Mater. The victims appear to be only faculty members shot by another faculty member who was denied tenure. Please pray for the students and faculty.

According to our local media here, the shooter was Dr. Amy Bishop who was denied tenure this morning. The creepy thing is that my best friend had her for two classes. You just never know.

We talked about this issue today at my meeting. Many universities don't have policies in place for when faculty have problems. Students - yes. faculty - no.

Amy Bishop went to my high school and killed her brother in 1986, which at the time was called an accidental shooting.
