Has anyone heard when the peter mayer ticket go on sale? I've looked at the web site and tried to call the venue but haven't had any luck.

I have no idea except that it's tomorrow morning. I bet it will be at 10:00 or something. I'll be keeping a close eye on it for sure.

The email the club got says tickets on sale Mar 5, another email says Mar 4 and on Mar 3 Rutledge's web site said tickets on sale "now". The Rutledge's web site is not working this (Mar 4) morning and the tele # found via Google has been disconnected.

I researched their domain name:
Domain Name: THERUTLEDGELMV.COM
Created on: 12-Sep-06
Expires on: 12-Sep-13
Last Updated on: 03-Mar-10
Although their name expires in 2013 they did some kinda update yesterday (Mar 3) that appears to have messed up their site.

I'm driving down there after lunch. Hope I don't end up paying to park only to knock on their door and nobody be there.

FINALLY got through to the rutledge. You can purchase tickets as soon as the web site is back up. He told me that is the only way to purchase them. They are hoping to have it back up before morning. They did some upgrades and something went wrong is the exact words he said.

ATTENTION: you can now purchase tickets to the peter mayer show at the rutledge. Go to www.therutledgelmv.com and go to events page. Go to april and his show is the only one listed. You have to purchase tickets online and through the website. I just got my 2. Good luck. This should be a great phlocking!!!

Rutledge web site up and down all day but was working just now when I finally got my ticket. I talked to them on the phone and got the same "upgrade went wrong" comment. When I told him I wanted tickets he didn't even ask me for what event. He just said "for the Peter Mayer show right?" Seems there is a lot of interest in that show from some pholks [smilie=cheeky-grin.gif] I asked him if he thought the Margaritaville restaurant would hurt their (Rutledge) biz and he said probably not but may even help them and other places downtown.

I've lived in Nashville since '74, seen Buffett at the Exit Inn in the 70's and been to several of his concerts and smaller shows over the past 35 years. The news and events in the last few months have been more exciting for me and middle Tennessee parrotheads than anything in several years that I can remember sober or not.

1. Dec 2009 - Buffett and Zac Brown Band CMT Crossroads TV show taping in Franklin, TN. (10 miles south of Nashville)
2. Feb 2010 - Nashville May 1 concert announcement.
3. Feb 2010 - Nashville Margaritaville restaurant announcement.

Being a long time live music (especially trop-rock) fan I'm especially excited about the musicians I hope to be able to see perform at the new Margaritaville.

I'm stoked about this year and future years in Nashville.
